Any parent/guardian not accompanying their child to KILLER can download the waiver to sign.

* Please Note: Any parent/guardian not signing the waiver in front of a KILLER employee must have their signature notarized.

All Day - $10.00

30 Day Unlimited - $25.00

Month Unlimited Pass $25.00

Pass begins on the date of purchase & expires 30 days later.

Pass can be used for unlimited access to KILLER.

One pass must be purchased per skater.

Pass cannot be transferred or used by another skater.

Pass cannot be used for special events.

ex. Demos, Contest, Lock Ins, etc.
