Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Most items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order must be reported within this timeframe. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in new condition.

Clearance items are not applicable for return.

Returns for reasons other than item defect or error on Killer Skate Shop's behalf, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If you’d like to facilitate a return, please reach out to us to coordinate. Please allow 1 week for processing and handling of returned items.  Ensure your items are packaged appropriately with the appropriate level of postage with tracking information and insurance.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
